How big is it? Our pieces are miniatures. Please check the exact size in the description and photos before ordering. A few buyers have told us a piece was smaller than they expected, so we'd rather you know up front.

When will it arrive? Each piece is made by hand, so most orders arrive in about 2–3 weeks with tracking. Need it by a certain date? Email elsa@ilovefelt.com before you order and we'll tell you honestly if we can make it.

Will it look exactly like the photo? Very close, but every piece is handmade, so small differences in color, shape and expression are normal.

What if something goes wrong? If your piece arrives damaged or defective, email us clear photos of the item and the packaging and we'll arrange a solution. For eligible ready-made pieces you can request a return within 3 days of delivery; please contact us before sending it back (return shipping is paid by the buyer). How do I care for it? Keep it dry and out of strong sunlight, and dust gently with a soft brush. Felt pieces are decorations, not toys for small children.
