We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for eligible items. Before shipping any item back to us, please contact us to confirm your return. We usually confirmed item before shipping since every one is handmade and unique.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order wool-felt pieces (including pet portraits and memorials) are final sale and not eligible for return, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
