Description

Have a piece in mind that isn't in the shop? We'll make it for you by hand in wool: a bigger or recolored version of any design you see here, a personalized figurine, a miniature scene, or an original character from your own idea or photos.

How it works

Email us your idea. Send it to elsa@ilovefelt.com with any reference photos, the size you'd like and the date you need it by.
Get your free quote. We'll reply with the design details, a price and a timeline. Custom pieces start at $30.
Pay your quote here. This listing is priced in $10 units, so set the quantity to your quote divided by 10. For example, a $50 quote = quantity 5; a $120 quote = quantity 12. Please add your name or quote details in the order note.
Approve before it ships. We send you photos of the finished piece for approval before shipping.

Please don't order before you've received your quote. The quantity is a payment amount, not the number of pieces you'll receive.

Timing

Most custom pieces arrive about 2 weeks after you approve the quote and pay. Larger or very detailed pieces can take longer, and we'll tell you up front.
Ordering a custom Christmas gift? Please contact us by November 28.

What we can make

Any design from our shop in a larger size or different colors
Personalized figurines with names, dates or details that matter to you
Animal figurines and woodland or storybook characters
Miniature scenes and keepsakes for weddings, birthdays and memorials
Original characters from your own idea or drawing

We can't recreate trademarked characters or brand logos, but we're happy to design something original in a similar spirit.
