Flowers, leaves, bows, accessories, and complex background elements are not included by default. Some example photos show additional details; contact us before ordering to discuss them. This listing is for physical artwork, not a print or a digital download.

How to order

1. Choose your available size and style, then place your order.
2. Email your order number and 3–5 clear reference photos to elsa@ilovefelt.com. Include the pet's name, preferred fabric background color, and any special requests.
3. Use well-lit photos that show the eyes, coat color, and markings. Front and side views help us understand the details.

Photos for a recognizable portrait

A clear front-facing photo is a useful starting point. Add side views to show fur patterns, ear shape, and markings. Tell us which photo best captures your cat's expression and confirm the exact spelling of the name.

Wool fibers are layered and shaped by hand on the fabric, then finished with embroidered details. The result is an artistic interpretation rather than an exact photographic copy.

Before you order

For long fur, complex markings, extra accessories, or a specific gift date, contact us before checkout to confirm feasibility, any additional cost, and current making and delivery estimates. Making time and shipping time are separate.

Each piece is an artistic wool interpretation of your photos, with natural differences in texture and detail. Keep dry and away from direct sunlight; gently dust with a soft brush. Do not wash, squeeze, or rub. Decorative art, not a toy.
